Second Tide offers a warm, welcoming, substance-free place to stay—whether for a vacation or long term—where you can enjoy the activities you love, discover new ones, and make meaningful connections while feeling at home.
At Second Tide, your stay includes weekly game and movie nights with snacks, a Sunday BBQ, twice-weekly morning coffee socials, and a weekly house meeting for long-term guests.
Stays range from a minimum of five days to a 90-day lease, with the option to renew if everyone involved agrees.

Your intake registration and emergency contact information will be handled with care and kept confidential.
Our hosts include one fluent bilingual speaker and two native English speakers with some Spanish-language skills. Guests can feel welcome and supported in both English and Spanish.
